Usage
:- Set Up : Connect the gas supply to the Bhatti and ensure there are no gas leaks.

- Preheat the Bhatti : Allow the Bhatti to preheat for a few minutes.
- Place the Roti : Roll out the dough into roti shapes and place the roti onto the hot surface of the Bhatti.
- Cook the Roti : Cook for about 30-45 seconds on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
- Puff the Roti : If desired, use the puffer plate or press to help the roti puff up.
