Usage

 :
  • Preheat the machine: Plug in the machine and turn it on. Set the temperature and let it fully preheat until the indicator light signals it's ready for cooking.

  • Pour/Place: For liquid batters (crepes, dosas), pour a ladle of batter onto the center of the rotating plate. For dough (rotis), place a pre-made dough ball.

  • Spread/Press: As the plate rotates, use the provided spreader to evenly distribute the batter. For rotis, use the top plate to gently press and flatten the dough into a disc.

  • Cook and Flip: Let the flatbread cook on the rotating surface until it starts to brown. Use a spatula to flip it over and cook the other side until done.

  • Serve and Clean: Remove the cooked flatbread and serve immediately. After use, unplug the machine and let it cool completely before wiping down the non-stick surface with a damp cloth.
