Features
:- High-power 3,900 W motor delivers robust torque for challenging core drilling tasks.
 - Low speed 650 RPM provides optimum torque and core bit engagement for large-diameter holes.
 - Designed for diamond core bit systems enabling clean, accurate core holes in tough materials.
 - Rugged build quality suited for construction-site demands.
 - Wet-drilling compatible to reduce dust, enhance bit life and improve hole finish.
 - Ideal for professional contractors, building infrastructure works and heavy maintenance operations.

Applications
:- Drilling large-diameter holes (approx. 168 mm) for plumbing, HVAC ducts, and pipe penetrations in reinforced concrete slabs and walls.
 - Creating openings for anchor bolts, wiring, cable trays, and cable ducts in structural elements.
 - Installing railings, guard-rails, supports or heavy mechanical fixings where large core holes are required.
 - Floor or wall penetration for mechanical services in commercial, industrial or infrastructure construction.
 - Sample-core extraction for concrete testing and structural inspection.

Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Securely mount the core drill on a stable drill stand or rig suited to the hole diameter and material, ensuring correct alignment and anchoring.
 - Fit the appropriate diamond core bit (168 mm class) with correct thread/spindle specs.
 - Connect water supply for wet drilling (recommended) to cool the bit and flush debris.
 - Verify power supply and switch on the machine. Start the drill at idle, engage the core bit with the material gently until it starts cutting.
 - Apply moderate consistent feed pressure—let the tool do the cutting; avoid excessive force which may overload motor or bit.
 - Monitor progress and ensure water flow is maintained to avoid overheating, bit glazing or drill damage.
 - Once the core is cut through, withdraw the bit smoothly, clean the hole and remove core if required.
 - After use, switch off power, disconnect water supply, clean the tool and inspect the bit and machine before storage.

Maintenance Guidance :
- After each use, clean the machine thoroughly—remove slurry, dust and debris especially around vents, motor housing and spindle area.
 - Inspect the diamond core bit for wear, glazed segments or damage; replace when required to maintain optimal drilling performance.
 - Check the motor brushes (if applicable) periodically especially after heavy usage; replace brushes if worn to maintain full power.
 - Ensure the water supply hose and connectors are intact with no leaks; clean the water intake and ensure filters are clear.
 - Store the tool in a dry, clean environment, secured in the case or proper holder, with power cord wound neatly to avoid damage.
 - Periodically check the spindle, bearings and mount for smooth operation; lubrication or servicing may be required as per manufacturer schedule.
 - Follow the manufacturer’s service intervals and keep records of usage, maintenance and any issues for long-term reliability.
