Features

 :
  • Tawa Material: Heavy-duty 8 mm thick mild steel for even heat retention
  • Body Material: Premium stainless steel – corrosion-resistant and hygienic
  • Fuel Type: Gas operated for quick and consistent heating
  • Sturdy Legs: For stable placement during cooking
  • Easy to Clean: Smooth surfaces reduce cleaning time

  • Community kitchens and festivals

Usage

 :
  • Seasoning (New Tawa): Wash the tawa, dry it, then rub a thin layer of oil and heat on medium flame until it smokes. Repeat this process 2-3 times.

  • Preheat: Always preheat the tawa on medium heat before cooking, testing readiness by sprinkling a few drops of water.

  • Cooking: Pour and quickly spread the dosa batter in a circular motion, adding a little oil or ghee for a golden, crispy finish.

  • Daily Cleaning: After use, let it cool and simply wipe the tawa clean with a dry cloth or paper towel.

  • Maintenance: To prevent rust and maintain seasoning, apply a thin layer of oil after each cleaning and store in a dry place.
