Usage
:Seasoning (New Tawa): Wash the tawa, dry it, then rub a thin layer of oil and heat on medium flame until it smokes. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
Preheat: Always preheat the tawa on medium heat before cooking, testing readiness by sprinkling a few drops of water.
Cooking: Pour and quickly spread the dosa batter in a circular motion, adding a little oil or ghee for a golden, crispy finish.
Daily Cleaning: After use, let it cool and simply wipe the tawa clean with a dry cloth or paper towel.
Maintenance: To prevent rust and maintain seasoning, apply a thin layer of oil after each cleaning and store in a dry place.
