Usage
:
Connect to Gas: Ensure a secure connection to your LPG or natural gas supply with the appropriate regulator.
Turn on Gas: Slowly open the gas valve.
Ignite Burners: Each wok burner will likely have its own control knob and ignition method (manual lighter or built-in igniter). Turn the knob to the ignition setting and ignite the burner. Repeat for the second burner.
Adjust Flame: Use the control knobs to regulate the flame intensity under each wok. Chinese cooking often requires high heat for stir-frying.
Place Woks: Position your round-bottomed woks securely on the wok rings or supports above each lit burner. Ensure they are stable.
Cook: Add oil and ingredients to the hot woks and cook as required, utilizing the high heat and maneuverability that wok cooking offers. You can cook two different dishes simultaneously.
Turn off: When finished, turn off the burner control knobs. Then, close the main gas valve.
Clean: Allow the bhatti to cool down before cleaning the stainless steel surfaces and wok rings with appropriate cleaning agents.
