Usage

• Prep your dough: Make your pasta or momo dough according to your recipe. It should be firm but still pliable.
• Flatten a piece: Take a small ball of dough and flatten it slightly with your hands.
• Set the rollers: Start with the widest setting on your machine.
• Feed it through: Feed the flattened dough through the rollers by turning the handle. 
• Reduce the setting: Fold the dough in half or thirds, rotate it 90 degrees, and feed it through again. Reduce the roller setting by one increment.
• Repeat: Continue this process, reducing the roller setting each time, until you reach your desired thickness for spaghetti, fettuccini, lasagna, or dumpling skins.
• Cut (if needed): For spaghetti or fettuccini, use the cutting attachment. For lasagna or dumpling skins, cut the sheets to your desired size and shape.
