Usage

 :
  • Setup and Fill: Place the fryer on a stable, non-flammable surface in a well-ventilated area. Fill each of the two 5L tanks with a high-smoke-point oil (like vegetable or canola oil) up to the designated fill line.

  • Power and Preheat: Connect the fryer to either the electric outlet or the gas supply. Set the temperature control knob to your desired frying temperature (typically between 350°F and 375°F or 175°C to 190°C) and allow the oil to preheat fully.

  • Prepare and Fry: Ensure food items are dry and do not overload the frying baskets. Slowly and carefully lower the basket into the hot oil to avoid splashing. Fry in small batches to maintain oil temperature and achieve crispy results.

  • Monitor and Maintain: Keep a close eye on the food as it cooks. Once done, lift the basket and let the excess oil drain back into the tank before removing the food. Never leave the fryer unattended while it is on.

  • Clean and Store: After use, turn off the fryer and allow the oil to cool completely. Drain the oil and clean the tanks and baskets with warm, soapy water. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
