Usage
:- Set Up : Place the Bain Marie on a flat, stable surface and ensure it's connected to a power source .
- Fill with Water : Pour water into the base of the unit, ensuring the water level is above the heating elements but below the rim of the food pots.
- Set Temperature : Set the desired temperature with the help of temperature controller.
- Place Food Containers : Put the food in appropriate containers (usually gastronorm pans) and place them in the 6 individual pots.
- Power On : Turn on the unit and allow the water to heat up, which will gently warm the food in the pots.
- Monitor and Adjust : Keep an eye on the food's temperature, and adjust the controls as needed to maintain the ideal serving temperature.
- Serve : Once the food is heated, serve directly from the pots for the buffet.
- Turn Off and Clean : After use, turn off the unit, allow it to cool, and then clean all the parts, including the SS body and pots.
