Food Stalls & Cafeterias: Serving a fast-paced customer base with consistent, high-quality dosas.
Usage
:Preparation: Ensure the bhatti is on a stable, flat surface. Before the first use, or after deep cleaning, you should "season" the 10mm plate by heating it and applying a thin layer of oil to create a non-stick surface.
Pre-heating: Switch on the bhatti and set the temperature. The high 12 kW power allows it to heat up quickly. Wait for the plate to reach the desired temperature, which is indicated by the bhatti's controls.
Cooking: Pour the dosa batter onto the hot plate. Use a ladle or a spreading tool to spread the batter thinly and evenly. Add oil or ghee as needed. The thick 10mm plate ensures even heat, which leads to consistent, crispy dosas.
Cleaning: After use, and while the bhatti is still warm (but not hot), scrape off any food residue. For daily cleaning, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh soaps or detergents that can strip the seasoning. It's best to dry the plate thoroughly after cleaning to prevent rust.
