Usage
:Preparation: Ensure the machine is clean. Prepare your sev dough with the desired consistency—it should be firm enough to hold its shape but soft enough to be pressed through the jali.
Attach the Jali: The "2 No. Jali" is designed to create a specific thickness of sev. Place this jali inside the machine's disc holder.
Load the Dough: Open the main body of the machine and fill it with your prepared dough.
Operate: Start turning the hand crank. The dough will be pushed down and extruded through the holes of the 2 No. Jali.
Frying: As the strands of sev come out, direct them into a pan of hot oil to fry until they are crispy and golden.
Clean-up: After use, disassemble the machine and wash all parts thoroughly to maintain hygiene and prevent dough residue from hardening.
