Description
Avcrete LMC T5 is a polymer modified cementitious screed for 5 to 15 mm industrial floor leveling and resurfacing. It offers high wear resistance, fast curing (48 hours), and a durable power trowel finish. Ideal for warehouses, factories, and commercial concrete floors both internal and external.

Usage
:User Instructions :
- Surface Preparation : Ensure the concrete is clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, laitance, or loose material (minimum 21 days old for new concrete). Prepare the surface by grinding or shot blasting.
- Priming : Apply a suitable primer (e.g., Roc Prim) in 1–3 coats. Ensure the surface is saturated surface dry (SSD) before proceeding to mixing.
- Mixing : Mix the full 25 kg bag of powder with 3.25 L of clean water in a pan or drum mixer. Adjust water slightly (up to 0.2 L more) for optimum troweling consistency.
- Application : Pour the mixed screed between pre-set guide rails. Use a bull float or vibratory beam to level the material.
- Finishing : Achieve a smooth, dense, and durable surface by finishing with a power trowel. Avoid leaving standing water during the curing process.
Maintenance :
The Avcrete LMC T5 screed is inherently a low-maintenance and highly durable surface.
- Cleaning : Use standard floor cleaning equipment. For industrial environments, regularly sweep and damp-mop the floor to prevent the build-up of abrasive dirt, which can scratch any concrete surface.
- Repairs : Due to its high strength, damages are rare. Should deep impact damage occur, repair the affected area using a compatible high-strength cementitious repair mortar before the damage spreads.
- Note : If the screed is used as an underlay for a resin or epoxy coating, the maintenance requirements will shift to those of the final coating system.
