Usage
:
Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
Connect the machine to a proper 380 400V three phase power supply.
Attach the electrode holder and ground clamp securely.
Select the appropriate electrode 1.6mm to 6.0mm based on the welding task.
Adjust the current level using the control knob according to material thickness.
Turn on the machine and verify settings on the LED display.
Strike the arc by tapping the electrode on the metal surface.
Maintain steady movement and correct arc distance to achieve uniform welds.
After finishing the weld, turn off the power and allow the machine to cool before storage.
Maintenance Guidance :
Clean ventilation areas to prevent dust buildup.
Inspect welding cables, ground clamps and electrode holders periodically.
Keep the machine in a dry, cool place when not in use.
Follow the duty cycle to avoid overheating.
Check power connections and tighten loose terminals regularly.
Avoid exposure to rain or moisture due to IP21S rating.
Allow cooling intervals during extended welding sessions.
