Its large capacity and 3600W power make it suitable for high-volume frying, offering excellent performance in both residential and commercial settings.
Setup : Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there's enough space around it for airflow.
Fill with Oil : Open both fryer baskets and fill each tank with oil up to the maximum level indicated.
Power On : Plug in the fryer and turn it on using the power button.
Set Temperature and Time : Use the digital or manual controls to set the desired temperature (typically 160°C-200°C) and cooking time for your food.
Preheat : Allow the fryer to preheat until the selected temperature is reached (indicator light will go off).
Fry : Carefully lower the food into the baskets. Make sure not to overcrowd the baskets for even frying.
Monitor Cooking : When the timer goes off or the food is golden and crispy, use the handles to remove the baskets.
Drain Oil : Let the food drain excess oil before serving.
Turn Off and Clean : After use, turn off and unplug the fryer. Let it cool before cleaning. Clean the baskets and oil containers after every use.
