Usage
:Setup : Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate space for ventilation.
Fill with Oil : Open both fryers and fill each tank with oil up to the maximum indicated level (8L per tank).
Power On : Plug the fryer into a power outlet and turn it on.
Set Temperature and Time : Use the controls to set the desired temperature (typically 160°C–200°C) and cooking time.
Preheat : Allow the fryer to preheat until the set temperature is reached (the indicator light will go off).
Fry : Lower your food into the baskets carefully. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even frying.
Monitor Cooking : Once the timer goes off or the food is crispy, carefully remove the baskets and let the excess oil drain.
Turn Off and Clean : After use, turn off and unplug the fryer. Allow it to cool before cleaning.
