This 3mm Micro Air Die Grinder is a high-speed pneumatic tool designed for precision grinding and polishing. Operating at an impressive speed of 70000 RPM, it is ideal for intricate tasks such as shaping and finishing. Its lightweight design enhances maneuverability, making it perfect for both professional and DIY projects. This versatile grinder is a valuable addition to any toolkit.
Features
:- Ultra high speed (~70,000 rpm) : Designed for rapid material removal and fine finishes in micro-grinding tasks.
 - 3 mm (1/8″) collet capacity : Suitable for small burrs, carbide bits, mounted points and precision bits for confined or detailed operations.
 - Compact straight body design : Allows the operator to reach constrained areas and maintain control in precision tasks.
 - Air-powered operation : Reliable pneumatic drive for continuous usage, with lower heat build-up compared to equivalent electric grinders.
 - Ergonomic build : Slim profile reduces operator fatigue; lightweight for extended use.
 - High precision spindle & bearings : To maintain stability at high rpm, reduce vibration and extend tool life.
 - Rear or exhaust design (if applicable) : Ensures expelled air doesn’t blow onto the workpiece or operator.
 - Industrial grade build : Durable construction to handle heavy duty finishing, polishing, deburring.
 - 3-Months Warranty : Provides assurance on manufacturing defects and build quality

Applications
:- Deburring, smoothing or blending weld seams, flash and excess material in metal fabrication.
 - Grinding or polishing moulds, tooling, dies and fixtures where tight tolerances and surface finish matter.
 - Precision work on small castings, automotive components, aerospace parts or machinery components.
 - Stone, metal, plastic or composite finishing in manufacturing, repair or maintenance environments.
 - Accessing tight or recessed areas with small burrs or bits for detail work, such as inside cavities, corners or small bores.
 - Polishing, finishing or preparing surfaces prior to coating, plating or painting.
 - General workshop tasks requiring a micro-die grinder with high speed and fine control.

Usage
:- Ensure your compressed air supply is clean, dry and regulated (typically around 90 psi / ~6.3 bar) with recommended hose size (often 3/8″ I.D. or as spec’d).
 - Fit the correct size collet or chuck for the 3 mm (1/8″) bit you intend to use, and ensure it is securely tightened.
 - Mount the desired abrasive bit, burr, or mounted point appropriate for the material and task. Ensure it is compatible with 3 mm shank and rated for the high speed.
 - Connect the air hose to the tool’s air inlet. Place the tool against the workpiece and engage the throttle gently, bringing the bit up to speed before contacting the work surface.
 - Use light consistent pressure; let the tool’s speed do the work rather than forcing it. Move uniformly across the work area to avoid gouging or uneven finish.
 - Maintain pad/bit contact flat to surface as much as possible to ensure uniform removal and avoid chatter.
 - After the task, disconnect the air supply, remove the bit, clean off debris or dust, wipe the tool body and inspect for wear.
 - For storage, keep the tool in a dry place; if idle for extended periods, apply a few drops of pneumatic tool oil into the inlet to protect internal parts.
 - Always follow recommended safety procedures: wear eye protection, hearing protection, dust mask when grinding, secure workpiece, avoid loose clothing and ensure proper ventilation.
