The machine consists of a single bucket, a milking cluster, series of pipes for carrying the milk from one end to the other.

Usage

 :
1. Prepare the Milking Area : Clean the milking area with water.
  • Ensure Cow Comfort : Use clean bedding and maintain a calm atmosphere.
  • Check the Machine : Inspect all components for cleanliness and functionality to avoid malfunctions during milking.

2. Prepare the Cows for Milking :
  • Inspection : Check cows for any signs of illness or discomfort.
  • Hygiene : Clean the udder and teats thoroughly with warm water and a sanitizing solution to minimize the risk of infection.
  • Calm the Animals : Keep the environment quiet and stress-free, and handle the cows gently to ensure their comfort.

3. Attach the Milking Clusters :
Connect the milking clusters to the cows following these steps :
  • Positioning : Approach the cow calmly and position the milking cluster directly below the udder.
  • Attachment : Carefully attach the teat cups to each teat, ensuring a snug fit without applying too much pressure.
  • Check for Proper Seal : Ensure there is no leakage or improper positioning of the cups.

4. Monitor the Milking Process :
While the machine operates, it’s important to monitor the process :
  • Observe Cow Behavior : Ensure the cow is comfortable and relaxed.
  • Observe the Milk Flow : While conducting the milking process, observe the flow rate of the milk and make sure that uniform flow is maintained. 

5. Detach the Clusters :
Once the cow has been milked, it’s time to detach the milking clusters, gently detach the milking cluster from the cow's udders upon completion of the milking process.
