Description
This is a manual, hand-operated machine designed for the production of popular Indian savory snacks like Namkeen, Sev, and Bhujia. The machine features a 5-inch diameter cup/cylinder, which is the chamber where the dough (e.g., Besan/gram flour paste) is loaded. Its operation relies on a hand crank and a heavy spindle/screw mechanism to exert high pressure, forcing the dough through a removable patterned disc (or Jali) at the bottom. Capable of producing up to 50 kg of namkeen per hour, making it suitable for small to medium-scale operations. Made from high-quality materials to withstand repeated use and ensure long-lasting performance.
Features
:- 50 Kg/Hour Capacity : Capable of producing up to 50 kg of namkeen per hour.
- 2 Pattern Discs : Includes two interchangeable discs for different bhujia shapes and textures.
- Manual Operation : No electricity required, perfect for small-scale or home-based production.
- 5-Inch Diameter : Ensures efficient extrusion and consistent sizing of bhujia.
- Durable Construction : Built with high-quality materials for long-lasting use.
- Compact Design : Ideal for small kitchens, snack shops, or home production units.
Applications
:- Sweet Shops (Mithai Shops): Essential for fresh, daily preparation of various Sev and Bhujia varieties to be sold directly or used as ingredients in other snacks.
- Small Bakeries and Confectioneries: Used for expanding product offerings by adding savory Indian snacks like Namkeen to their retail portfolio.
- Home-Based Food Businesses: Ideal for entrepreneurs and small-scale processors who require a reliable and affordable machine to produce snacks without needing electricity.
- Catering and Event Food Preparation: Used for preparing fresh, large batches of Namkeen on-site or in the base kitchen for events where fried snacks are required.
- Deli and Snack Counters: Applied in retail outlets with small prep areas to produce specialty Namkeen that can be sold by weight.
Usage
:- Set Up the Machine : Place the machine on a stable surface. Ensure the handle and all parts are securely attached and the machine is clean.
- Prepare the Dough : Mix the ingredients (such as besan, spices, and water) to create a smooth dough with the right consistency, not too soft or hard.
- Load the Dough : Open the hopper and load the dough into it. Make sure it's evenly spread.
- Choose the Disc : Select one of the two available pattern discs based on the type of bhujia or sev you want to make (e.g., finer or thicker strands). Attach the disc securely.
- Start Operating : Begin turning the handle. As you rotate, the dough will be extruded through the disc and form the bhujia.
- Fry the Bhujia : Collect the freshly extruded bhujia and fry it in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
- Drain & Serve : Once fried, drain the bhujia on paper towels to remove excess oil, then serve or store.
- Clean the Machine : After use, thoroughly clean the machine to maintain its efficiency and prevent any buildup of dough or oil.
