Usage
:Pre-heating: Fill the pans with the required amount of oil and turn on the heating element or gas to pre-heat to the desired temperature.
Temperature Control: Adjust the temperature knobs for each pan to match the specific requirements of the food being fried. Use a thermometer if the fryer does not have one.
Loading Food: Carefully place the food items into the frying baskets and lower them into the hot oil. Avoid overloading the baskets to maintain consistent oil temperature and achieve crispy results.
Monitoring: Keep an eye on the food as it cooks, using the baskets to lift and check for doneness. Do not leave the fryer unattended.
Lid Usage: Use the lids when the fryer is not in active use to prevent dust and other contaminants from getting into the oil.

Maintenance
