- Put the machine on a flat surface and plug it into a power socket.
- Make sure all parts are clean and fixed properly.
- Switch on the machine using the power button.
- Add flour into the mixing bowl.
- Slowly pour in water while the machine starts mixing.
- Let it mix until the dough looks firm and smooth.
- Pick a pasta shape and fix that die (mould) to the front.
- Start the machine again to push out the pasta dough.
- Cut the pasta to the length you want as it comes out.
- Turn off the machine and clean all the parts after you're done.
