Usage
:Placement: Set the bhatti on a stable, flat surface in a well-ventilated area.
Connect Gas: Attach the gas regulator and hose pipe to the bhatti's inlet and the LPG cylinder. Ensure a secure, leak-proof connection.
Place Vessel: Put your large cooking vessel (deg or handi) containing the biryani ingredients onto the bhatti's sturdy stand.
Ignite: Open the gas supply on the cylinder. Use a lighter or matchstick to ignite the burner.
Adjust Flame: Use the control valve to adjust the flame intensity. Start with the outer ring for even heat distribution across the base of the large pot. For higher heat, also activate the inner ring.
Cook and Monitor: Cook your biryani as per the recipe. The dual-ring setup allows you to precisely control the heat for the initial cooking and the final "dum" stage.
Turn Off: Once done, close the gas control valve on the bhatti first, then turn off the main cylinder supply. Allow the bhatti to cool down before cleaning.
