Durable Stainless Steel Construction: Features a robust, rust-free stainless steel body and grinding chamber, ensuring hygiene, food safety, and long-term durability, suitable for continuous operation.
Safety & User-Friendly Features: Includes essential safety mechanisms like overload protection and auto power cut-off to prevent damage, along with a user-friendly design for easy operation and cleaning.
Applications
:Flour Milling (Atta Chakki): Ideal for grinding various grains such as wheat, rice, maize, jowar, bajra, and millets into fresh flour for domestic or commercial use.
Spice Grinding (Masala Grinder): Excellently suited for pulverizing dry spices like turmeric (haldi), red chilies, coriander, cumin, and other whole spices into fine powders.
Herbal & Ayurvedic Preparations: Can be used to grind dried herbs, roots, and other botanical materials for traditional medicine or natural product manufacturing.
General Food Processing: Applicable for grinding nuts, coffee beans, sugar, pulses, and other dry food items to desired consistencies for various culinary or industrial purposes.
Usage
:Preparation: Ensure the pulveriser is placed on a stable, flat surface. Select and insert the appropriate jali (sieve) based on the desired fineness of the powder.
Loading Ingredients: Open the hopper or feeding chute and carefully load the clean, dry ingredients. Do not overload beyond the specified hopper capacity.
Operation: Secure the lid/door firmly. Plug the machine into a suitable power outlet. Turn on the pulveriser using the power switch. For models with auto/manual modes, select the appropriate mode for grains or spices.
Monitoring & Collection: Allow the machine to grind until the desired consistency is achieved. Monitor the output. The ground material will typically collect in a container placed at the outlet, often aided by a cloth filter to minimize wastage.
Maintenance:
Immediate Cleaning: After each use, turn off and unplug the machine. Disassemble the grinding chamber components and remove any remaining material.
Thorough Cleaning: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove all traces of powder from the grinding chamber, jalis, and internal parts. Wipe down the stainless steel body with a damp cloth.
Jali & Blade Inspection: Regularly inspect the jalis and any grinding blades/cutters for wear, damage, or dullness. Replace worn-out components to maintain grinding efficiency.
Motor & Electrical Check: Keep the motor unit clean and dry. Avoid water contact with electrical parts. Periodically check the power cord and plug for damage. Ensure proper ventilation around the motor during operation.
