Usage

 :
User Instructions :

1. Pre-Operation Checks :
  • Place the generator on a flat, open, and well-ventilated surface.
  • Check engine oil level, fuel level, and connections.
  • Ensure no electrical load is connected before starting.

2. Starting the Generator :
  • Self Start : Turn the ignition key or press the start button.
  • Recoil Start : Pull the recoil handle gently until resistance is felt, then pull firmly.
  • Allow the generator to warm up for 2–3 minutes before connecting appliances.

3. Operation :
  • Connect appliances ensuring the total load does not exceed 5 KVA.
  • Keep the generator in an open area to avoid overheating or exhaust buildup.

4. Shutting Down :
  • Turn off all connected appliances first.
  • Use the switch or key to turn off the generator.
  • Let it cool down before refueling or storage.


Maintenance :

  • Engine Oil : Replace oil after the first 20 hours of use, then every 100 hours or monthly.
  • Air Filter : Clean every 50 hours to maintain airflow and efficiency.
  • Spark Plug : Inspect and clean regularly for smooth ignition.
  • Fuel System : Use clean petrol; drain fuel if not used for long periods.
