:
Prepare:
Ensure the bhatti is clean and connected to the gas supply.
Have dosa batter and oil readily available.
Heat:
Turn on the Korean burner and allow the rotating plate to heat evenly.
Adjust the burner to the desired cooking temperature.
Cook:
Lightly oil the rotating plate.
Pour dosa batter onto the center of the rotating plate.
The rotating plate will automatically spread the batter.
Add oil/ghee around the edges.
Cook until golden brown, then remove.
Maintain:
