Usage
:Prepare the dough: Make a smooth, consistent dough from ingredients like gram flour (besan) and spices.
Attach the jali: Select the desired "jali" or disc to get the right shape and thickness for your sev, then secure it in place.
Load the machine: Open the top of the machine and place the prepared dough inside the cylindrical container.
Operate the Handle: Turn the hand crank. This pushes the dough through the chosen jali, extruding it in a continuous stream.
Fry and finish: As the sev is extruded, carefully let it fall directly into a pan of hot oil for frying. Once golden and crispy, remove, drain excess oil, and it's ready to serve.
