Usage
:Prepare the Skewer: Tightly stack and secure about 25 kg of marinated meat onto the vertical skewer.
Mount and Connect: Place the meat-loaded skewer onto the machine's spindle and connect it to the motor.
Start Heat and Rotation: Turn on the two gas burners and the motor. The dual burners provide even cooking from both sides.
Monitor and Carve: Watch the meat cook through the glass door. Once the outer layer is cooked to a crispy brown, use a long, sharp knife to shave thin slices.
Serve and Repeat: Serve the fresh shawarma and continue carving the next cooked layer until all the meat is used.
