Usage Guidance (How to Use) :

  • Ensure proper earthing before plugging the machine into a power source.
  • Connect the electrode holder and earth clamp to the designated terminals.
  • Select the correct welding electrode based on job requirements.
  • Set the desired current using the digital display knob.
  • Hold the electrode at an angle (~60°) and strike the arc.
  • Maintain a consistent arc length and move steadily to ensure smooth welds.
  • After finishing, turn off the power and allow the machine to cool before storing.

Maintenance Guidance : 

  • Clean the exterior with a dry cloth regularly to remove dust.
  • Keep air vents and fan blades free from debris.
  • Store in a dry, well-ventilated space away from moisture.
  • Check cables and terminals periodically for damage or wear.
  • Ensure connections are tight and secure before each use.
  • Avoid overloading the machine beyond its rated capacity.
  • Allow the machine to cool if it shuts off due to thermal protection.
