Ideal for welding mild steel, stainless steel, and other ferrous metals, the MMA-200 is suitable for construction sites, workshops, fabrication units, and home repair tasks. With its easy-to-use controls, overload protection, and lightweight body, it is the perfect welding partner for on-site and off-site jobs.
Features
:- The machine is lightweight and portable. Its ergonomic and compact design makes it easy to carry to any place.
- It is an ideal welder for both professional and personal use owing to its features and strong ability.
- BSC POWER MMA-200 welding machine has inbuilt anti-stick property which prevents overloading of the unit and facilitates easy withdrawal of electrode without damaging it in case of sticky metal.
- There is either inbuilt or adjustable hot start function which increases the welding current at the start of a welding operation.
- It has inbuilt ARC Force that increases the welding current in order to prevent sticking when the electrode enters in the melted meta This feature supports production with consistently excellent arc performance.
- Four types of connections are available in the machine – electrode cable, welding electrode, earth cable and grounding connection.
- Heat, quality and power indicators are present.
- The highly advanced Inverter ARC Welding Machine works at 19.2 kVA input power and 220-240 V voltage.
- Small in size, the machine makes no noise and is highly energy efficient.
- It has inbuilt hot start and anti-stick functions and adjustable current function.
- With an electrode of 1.6-3.2 mm, the welding machine uses current up to 200 Amp.

Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Ensure proper earthing before plugging the machine into a power source.
- Connect the electrode holder and earth clamp to the designated terminals.
- Select the correct welding electrode based on job requirements.
- Set the desired current using the digital display knob.
- Hold the electrode at an angle (~60°) and strike the arc.
- Maintain a consistent arc length and move steadily to ensure smooth welds.
- After finishing, turn off the power and allow the machine to cool before storing.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Clean the exterior with a dry cloth regularly to remove dust.
- Keep air vents and fan blades free from debris.
- Store in a dry, well-ventilated space away from moisture.
- Check cables and terminals periodically for damage or wear.
- Ensure connections are tight and secure before each use.
- Avoid overloading the machine beyond its rated capacity.
- Allow the machine to cool if it shuts off due to thermal protection.
- Service annually or as per workload to ensure internal components are clean.
