The Aeroplus 300 Litres Double Stage 3 Phase Air Compressor with 7.5 HP motor and 12.5 bar max pressure is a heavy‑duty industrial reciprocating compressor designed to deliver continuous, high‑pressure air for workshops, manufacturing units, and service stations. With a 300 L horizontal tank, double‑stage compression, and three‑phase 7.5 HP motor, it provides stable airflow for demanding pneumatic tools and processes.

Usage
:- Install the compressor on a flat, rigid surface with adequate clearance for cooling airflow; connect to a suitable 3‑phase power supply via appropriate switchgear and protection.
- Ensure all fittings, safety valves, and pressure gauges are correctly installed; close the tank drain valve and run the machine to build pressure until automatic cut‑out.
- Connect distribution piping or hoses from the receiver outlet through filters, regulators, and lubricators as required by your tools.
- Operate within the rated pressure and duty cycle; monitor temperature, noise, and pressure, and avoid frequent rapid cycling by matching air consumption to compressor capacity.
- Perform regular maintenance: drain condensate daily, check and change compressor oil at recommended intervals (if lubricated type), inspect belts, clean intake filters, and periodically test safety valves and connections.
