Preheat: Turn on the warmer and allow it to heat up to the desired temperature (typically above 140°F / 60°C).
Prepare Food: Ensure food is already cooked and hot. This unit is for holding, not cooking.
Load Properly: Place food on the shelves or in trays, making sure not to overfill so the 3D convection heating can circulate.
Use Water Tray: If your model has one, fill the internal water tray to add humidity. This prevents food like patties and samosas from drying out.
Monitor Temperature: Use the temperature control knob and display to maintain a consistent, safe holding temperature.
Keep Doors Closed: Minimize the time the doors are open to maintain heat and freshness.
Clean Regularly: Unplug and let the unit cool down before cleaning. Use a mild soap and non-abrasive cloth. Clean the water and oil/drip trays daily.
