Usage

 :
  • Set Up and Place Ingredients: Place the machine on a stable surface. Pour the desired ingredients (curd, water, or cream) into a deep vessel or pot. The machine has a height-adjustment option to accommodate different vessel sizes.
  • Position the Churning Rod: Lower the machine's stainless steel churning rod into the vessel, ensuring the blades are fully submerged in the ingredients.
  • Start the Machine: Plug in the machine and turn it on. For models with variable speed control, adjust the speed to your preference.
  • Churn until Desired Consistency: Let the machine run. For lassi and buttermilk, churn for a few minutes until smooth. For butter, continue churning until the butter separates from the buttermilk.
  • Serve and Clean: Once done, turn off the machine and carefully lift the churning rod. Serve the prepared product and then immediately clean the rod and the machine's base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
