Description
This Gurubhai Stainless Steel Mixer Grinder is a heavy-duty industrial-grade grinding solution powered by a high-torque 2 HP Single Phase Motor. Engineered for durability and high-volume output, this machine features a complete stainless steel body that ensures maximum hygiene and resistance to corrosion. Unlike domestic mixers, this 2 HP powerhouse is designed to handle continuous grinding of tough ingredients, making it an essential asset for commercial kitchens, small-scale food industries, and spice processing units. Its robust construction minimizes vibration, while the high-speed motor ensures a fine, consistent texture for both wet and dry grinding.
Features
:- High 2 HP Motor: Equipped with a powerful single-phase motor that provides consistent RPM for grinding hard spices and heavy batters.
- Full Stainless Steel Body: The entire chassis and grinding chamber are made of high-grade SS, ensuring food safety and long-term durability.
- Heavy-Duty Blades: Features specially hardened stainless steel blades that maintain sharpness even after processing tons of material.
- Vibration Dampening: Built with a heavy base and anti-vibration rubber mounts to ensure stability during high-speed operations.
- Continuous Duty Cycle: Designed to run for longer durations without overheating, making it superior to standard domestic grinders.
Applications
:- Spice Processing: Efficiently grinds dry turmeric, coriander, black pepper, and chili into fine powders.
- Commercial Kitchens: Ideal for large-scale preparation of ginger-garlic paste and onion purees in restaurants and hotels.
- Batter Preparation: Handles bulk grinding of soaked rice and lentils for Idli, Dosa, and Vada batters.
- Herbal & Ayurvedic Units: Used for pulverizing dried herbs, roots, and barks into medicinal powders.
- Flour Additives: Suitable for grinding small batches of specialty grains or pulses into fine flour for catering needs.
Usage
:Step 1 : Setup
- Placement : Set the mixer grinder on a flat, stable surface. Ensure it is away from the edges to prevent accidental tipping
- Power Source : Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet, ensuring the voltage matches the specifications.
Step 2 : Prepare Ingredients
- Chop Ingredients : Cut your ingredients into manageable sizes; this helps in achieving a more uniform mix and prevents overloading the motor.
- Measure : For optimal results, follow the recommended capacity limits as stated in the manual. Avoid exceeding the 10-liter capacity to prevent damage.
Step 3 : Load the Mixer Grinder
- Add Ingredients : Place your ingredients into the mixing jar. And ensure that the lid is properly secured.
Step 4 : Start Mixing/Grinding
- Power On : Press the power button to turn on the appliance. Start at a lower speed and gradually increase it to prevent splatter.
- Monitor Process : Keep an eye on the mixture while it blends or grinds. For large volumes, it’s a good idea to pause and scrape down the sides to ensure an even consistency.
Step 5 : Finishing Up
- Power Off : Once the mixing or grinding is complete, turn off the grinder before unplugging it.
- Pour Out Contents : Carefully remove the jar and pour out the contents. Take care, as things may be hot or sharp, depending on what you have processed.
