This Papdi Jali is a specialized die crafted from food-grade stainless steel, designed for use in commercial Namkeen and Farsan extruder machines. This jali is engineered to extrude dough into flat, thin, and often slightly irregular disc or ribbon shapes, which, when fried, become the crispy snack known as Papdi or Tikki. This Papdi Jali features wider, often angular or elongated openings to produce a distinct, sheet-like snack, allowing commercial manufacturers to achieve the characteristic texture and appearance of high-quality Papdi consistently and in high volume.
