Description
This GBE 30 x 15 x 12 inch Gas Operated Table Top Dosa Bhatti is a high-performance commercial kitchen appliance designed specifically for high-volume dosa and paratha preparation. Built with a heavy-duty 10 mm MS (Mild Steel) Tawa, it ensures uniform heat distribution and retention, which is critical for achieving that perfect golden-brown crispness. Its compact tabletop design makes it an ideal space-saving solution for busy restaurants and street-food stalls.
Features
:- Heavy-Duty Tawa: Equipped with a thick 10 mm polished mild steel plate that prevents warping and maintains consistent temperatures.
- Compact Dimensions: The 30 x 15 x 12-inch profile is designed to fit comfortably on standard kitchen counters or mobile carts.
- High-Efficiency Burners: Features industrial-grade gas burners designed for rapid heating and low fuel consumption.
- Precision Control: Comes with ergonomic knobs for precise flame adjustment, allowing for "simmer to sear" flexibility.
- Stainless Steel Body: The outer frame is constructed from high-grade stainless steel for rust resistance and long-term durability.
Applications
:- South Indian Restaurants: Primary equipment for making various types of Dosas, Uttapams, and Pesarratus.
- Fast Food Joints: Ideal for toasting buns, making pav bhaji, or preparing quick-service sandwiches.
- Street Food Stalls: Portable enough for food trucks and outdoor carts specializing in parathas or chilla.
- Catering Services: A reliable workhorse for live counters at weddings, parties, and corporate events.
- Canteens: Suitable for school or office cafeterias that require high-speed breakfast production.
Usage
:- Setup : Place the dosa bhatti on a stable, flat surface and connect it to a gas supply.
- Preheat : Turn on the gas and ignite the burners. Allow the cooking surface to heat up evenly. (Ensure the burners are distributing heat across the entire surface.)
- Oil the Surface : Lightly grease the cooking surface with oil using a cloth or brush to prevent dosas from sticking.
- Prepare Batter : Pour dosa batter onto the heated surface, spreading it evenly with a ladle or spatula to form a thin, circular shape.
- Cook the Dosa : Let the dosa cook until the edges become crisp and golden. You can adjust the flame for different cooking times or texture preferences.
- Flip & Serve : If desired, flip the dosa to cook the other side. Once done, remove it from the surface and serve hot.
- Turn Off : After cooking, turn off the gas, allow the bhatti to cool, and clean the cooking surface to maintain hygiene.
