Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Place the welder on a stable, dry surface with proper ventilation.
- Connect the grounding clamp securely to the workpiece.
- Insert a suitable electrode (1.6mm–4mm) into the electrode holder.
- Set the welding current based on electrode size and metal thickness.
- Strike an arc and maintain proper welding angle, speed, and arc gap.
- Observe the duty cycle (60%) and allow cooling if welding continuously.
- After finishing, switch off, unplug, and store in a dry location.
- Always wear proper protective equipment: welding helmet, gloves, apron, and ensure adequate ventilation.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Clean dust, metal particles, and debris from vents and exterior after each use.
- Inspect cables, electrode holder, and ground clamp for wear or damage; replace if needed.
- Check internal connections periodically (if qualified).
- Store in a dry, dust-free environment.
- Avoid operating beyond rated current or duty cycle to prevent overheating.
- Use recommended electrodes and consumables to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure proper ventilation during extended welding sessions.
