It delivers about 345 Nm of maximum torque with roughly 1300 blows per minute, making it suitable for professional automotive and industrial maintenance where access is limited.
Features
:- 345 Nm of torque, 7500 RPM and 1300 blows per minute
- Compact size allowing access to limited spaces
- Extreme lightweight design to reduce users’ fatigue
- Ergonomic designed grip delivering comfort when handling
- Twin hammer impact mechanism hits harder and delivers Increased tool longevity
- One handed forward/reverse switch for easy operation
- Muffler pad designed to provide low noise levels
Accessories
:Applications
:- Automotive service : Loosening and tightening bolts on engines, turbochargers, exhausts, steering and suspension parts, and under‑dash brackets where space is severely limited.
- Motorcycle and small‑vehicle repair : Fasteners around frames, subframes, and tight engine or drivetrain areas that need compact access with strong torque.
- Industrial and plant maintenance : Machinery, pumps, and equipment with recessed or close‑coupled fasteners that a full‑size impact cannot reach.
- Fleet and light truck workshops : Tight‑access fasteners on cabs, chassis, and auxiliary equipment where speed and compactness improve productivity.
Usage
:- Connect the wrench to a clean, regulated compressed‑air supply (typically about 6.2–6.3 bar / 90 psi at the tool) using an appropriate hose and fittings, ensuring the compressor can supply the required CFM.
- Install an impact‑rated 3/8 inch socket, seat it fully on the fastener, and position the compact head where access is tight; use the forward/reverse selector to choose direction before triggering.
- Use short bursts and, if a regulator or power setting is provided in the line or tool, start at the lowest setting that will move the fastener to avoid over‑tightening; confirm critical torque values with a torque wrench.
- Do not run the tool unloaded at full speed for long periods; lubricate regularly by adding a few drops of air‑tool oil in the air inlet and keep air lines drained of moisture.
- After use, disconnect the air line, wipe the tool clean, and store it in a dry toolbox or case to maintain long service life.
