Usage
:- Prepare Batter: Make your unniyappam batter.
- Preheat: Place the kadai on the stovetop over medium heat.
- Grease Pits: Lightly oil each of the 19 pits.
- Pour Batter: Fill each pit about halfway with the batter.
- Cook: Let them cook until the edges brown and the bottom sets.
- Flip: Carefully flip each unniyappam with a skewer or small spoon.
- Cook Other Side: Cook until golden brown and done.
- Remove: Take out the cooked unniyappams.
- Repeat: Continue with remaining batter.
- Clean: Wash gently after it cools.
