Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Ensure power supply standard 220 V AC, single phase, with correctly rated breaker and cable.
- Connect earth/ground clamp securely to workpiece for good contact and safety.
- Attach electrode holder and select the correct electrode size (e.g., 2.0 mm–4.0 mm) based on job.
- Adjust the output current to match electrode size and material thickness—start lower and increase as needed.
- Strike the arc, maintain proper arc length, and weld steadily across your joint.
- Monitor machine temperature and duty cycle: avoid over-using beyond 60% duty without breaks for cooling.
- After use turn off machine, disconnect cables safely, and allow the unit to cool if it’s heated.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Regularly clean air vents and fan to prevent dust buildup.
- Inspect cables, connectors, and electrode holders for damage.
- Store the welder in a dry, dust-free environment
- Avoid overloading beyond the rated duty cycle to prevent overheating.
- Check the fan operation frequently to ensure efficient cooling.
- Replace worn electrodes and parts promptly for optimal performance.
