Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Connect the welding machine to a 380 400V three phase power source.
- Attach the electrode holder and ground clamp securely.
- Insert the appropriate electrode 1.6 5.0mm based on the welding task.
- Adjust the output current using the control knob according to material thickness.
- Turn on the welder and check the LED display for correct parameters.
- Strike the arc by tapping the electrode on the metal surface.
- Maintain a stable movement and correct arc length for a smooth weld bead.
- After welding, switch off the machine and allow it to cool before storing.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Clean dust and debris regularly from vents for proper airflow.
- Inspect cables, electrode holder and ground clamp for wear.
- Store the machine in a dry, cool area to protect against moisture.
- Avoid overloading by following the recommended duty cycle.
- Check connections periodically to ensure stable operation
- Allow adequate cooling time after continuous welding sessions.
- Do not use in wet environments due to IP21S protection level.
