BSC POWER MMA-300 welding machine has inbuilt anti-stick property which prevents overloading of the unit and facilitates easy withdrawal of electrode without damaging it in case of sticky metal.
There is either inbuilt or adjustable hot start function which increases the welding current at the start of a welding operation.
It has inbuilt ARC Force that increases the welding current in order to prevent sticking when the electrode enters in the melted meta This feature supports production with consistently excellent arc performance.
Four types of connections are available in the machine – electrode cable, welding electrode, earth cable and grounding connection.
Heat, quality and power indicators are present.
The highly advanced Inverter ARC Welding Machine works at 19.2 kVA input power and 220-240 V voltage.
Small in size, the machine makes no noise and is highly energy efficient.

Usage

Usage Guidance (How to Use) :

Connect the machine to a suitable 220V power source with proper earthing.
Attach the electrode holder and earth clamp cables securely to the terminals.
Select the appropriate welding electrode for your task.
Adjust the welding current using the digital control knob.
Strike the arc by touching the electrode tip to the workpiece and maintaining a steady arc length.
Perform welding by moving the electrode smoothly and evenly along the joint.
Turn off the machine after work and allow it to cool before storage.
